Shipping policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026.

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on comparadar.com, operated by NodiumTech LLC d/b/a Comparadar ("Comparadar," "we," "us").

Shipping destinations

We currently sell and ship only to addresses in the United States. All orders ship from within the United States.

Fulfillment by brands

Comparadar is the seller of record. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the brand that makes each product, through Shopify Collective. To ship your order, the brand receives the order and shipping information it needs, such as your name, shipping address, contact details needed for delivery, and the items ordered. Orders containing products from more than one brand ship separately, with separate tracking.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Transit time depends on the carrier, the product, and the delivery address. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Large items

Large items such as saunas may ship in big, heavy boxes. Please confirm that the product will fit through the delivery path to its intended location, and arrange help to move it.

Inspection and damage

Please inspect all packages on delivery. If packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the carrier if you are asked to sign, and take photos. Report damaged, missing, or lost items to support@comparadar.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will work with the brand to resolve the issue.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice an error, contact us right away. Because orders ship quickly, we may not be able to change an address after the order has shipped.
