Nicebeam's Full Body Red Light Therapy Bag is a zip-in neoprene sleeping-bag design with LEDs above and below the body, so one session lights front, back and sides. Nicebeam lists 7,560 LEDs at 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared, 130 mW/cm² at the surface, 120 W of draw on a 100–240 V supply, brightness from 1 to 100%, five modes and a 1–60 minute timer. The 63 x 23.6 in. bag is $1,329 and weighs 15 lb; the 70.8 x 31.5 in. bag is $1,429 in Regular or U Neck styles. It suits someone who wants whole-body coverage in a single lie-down and has a bed or floor space to leave it unrolled.

What's in the box

  • Red light therapy bag
  • 2 power cords
  • 2 adapters
  • 2 connecting wires
  • User manual

Good to know

  • Two of everything: the box has two cords, two adapters and two connecting wires, which suggests the top and bottom panels are powered separately; Nicebeam does not say so outright. Expect to use two outlets or a power strip.
  • U Neck versus Regular: Nicebeam recommends the U Neck but does not describe how it differs; the name suggests a cut-out at the neck. It is only offered in the 70.8 in. size.
  • Size and weight: 15 lb for the small bag, more for the large, is heavy for something you lift onto a bed each time. Nicebeam's own FAQ notes the bag warms up at higher modes and the controller hums in use.
  • LED count: Nicebeam's spec table says 7,560 LEDs for both sizes; a feature block says 7,938. We show the spec figure.
  • Eyes: no eyewear is listed in the box. Keep your eyes closed inside the bag.
  • Not published: weight of the 70.8 in. bag, per-size LED counts, EMF figures (Nicebeam's FAQ says '0 EMF' without a measurement) and folded dimensions.
  • Compared with iReliev's FullGlow 360: iReliev's $1,499.95 bag is the closest rival on Comparadar; see its listing for LED count and irradiance.
  • Regulatory: Nicebeam calls its devices 'FDA Registered', which is an establishment and device listing, not a 510(k) clearance, and publishes no registration or clearance numbers. We repeat Nicebeam's wording as its own claim.
  • Delivery and returns: Nicebeam processes orders in 1–3 business days and quotes 5–14 business days for US delivery (most in 5–7), which is slower than most brands on Comparadar. Nicebeam's own policy accepts returns within 30 days of delivery only for unopened, unused items that arrived damaged, defective or wrong, and refuses used devices on hygiene grounds, while its FAQ and product badges advertise a 30-day money-back trial. See Returns by brand before relying on either.
  • Not ideal for: anyone who feels closed in, small apartments, anyone over about 6 ft in the 63 in. size, or anyone taking medication that increases light sensitivity (check with your doctor first).

Specifications are from the manufacturer; we compared published specs and have not lab-tested this unit.
