It sits on a table or desk and points gentle warmth at one spot, such as the neck, shoulders, hands or feet. Relax says it uses the same far infrared technology as its saunas. It suits someone who wants targeted warmth as part of a personal wellness routine, or who wants to try far infrared before spending more on a sauna.

Good to know
- How it is used: place it on a stable surface, aim the head and adjust distance for comfort. Relax says the far infrared output passes through clothing.
- Easy on power: at 200 W it draws far less than Relax's saunas and plugs into a standard US outlet.
- Compared with the Sky Eye Pro: the Sky Eye Pro is a 64 in. floor lamp at 800 W. The table lamp is the better fit if you mainly want warmth at a desk or sofa.
