The FullGlow 180 is a flexible full-length mat lined with red and near-infrared LEDs. You lie on it, or drape it over part of the body, so light reaches one side at a time. That is the 180 in the name, compared with the zip-up FullGlow 360. Each of its 1,280 LED beads combines one 660 nm red chip with two 850 nm near-infrared chips. It suits someone who wants full-length, hands-free sessions at a lower price than a bag or large panel.

- 180 vs. 360: the mat lights one side of the body per session; the FullGlow 360 bag covers front and back at once but costs more.
- Space: you need a bed, sofa or floor area at least 71 in. long.
- Eyes: goggles are included; wear them when the mat is near your face.
