The FullGlow 360 is a zip-up bag lined with LEDs, shaped like a sleeping bag, so red and near-infrared light reaches the front and back of the body at the same time. It uses 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared light, a soft TPU inner layer, and two separate controllers. - Two power supplies: the bag ships with two adapters and two cords, so check you can reach outlets for both.
- Space: you need a bed, sofa or floor area at least 70 in. long to lie on.
- Other uses: iReliev also suggests hanging it on a wall as a red light backdrop.
- Eyes: eye protection is not listed in the box; use goggles if light reaches your face.
- Not ideal for: anyone uncomfortable in an enclosed bag (taller users should check the 70 in. length), or anyone who takes medication that increases light sensitivity (check with your doctor first).
