The Illuminate Red V2 is Lumara's second-generation red light panel: a thin, flexible board covered in 1,980 micro-LEDs that all emit a single 660 nm red wavelength. You can hold it toward your face or lay it directly on the body. Lumara designs it for med spas and skincare clinics as well as home use, and positions it for skincare and facial routines. It suits buyers who want short, red-only sessions from a compact panel rather than a large standing unit.

Good to know
- V2 changes: Lumara says V2 has 20% more LED coverage than the first-generation panel and is 15% thinner. It does not publish V2 dimensions or weight, so we have left them out.
- Box contents: Lumara does not list them for the Red V2. Its Green and Blue panels ship with goggles, a handle, strap, cord and case.
- Eyes: the panel is very bright. Use eye protection, especially for facial sessions.
- Single wavelength: if you want near-infrared (810–850 nm) as well as red, compare multi-wavelength panels such as iReliev's.
- Not ideal for: anyone who wants hands-free, full-body exposure from a standing panel, or who takes medication that increases light sensitivity (check with your doctor first).
