Each glove runs from a corded controller and a 100–240 V adapter, with adjustable brightness, a 5–30 minute auto-off timer and a surface temperature Nicebeam caps at 104°F. Good to know
- Single or pair: Nicebeam's box list shows one glove but two cords, two controllers and two adapters, described as 'enough accessories for both gloves'. It does not say whether the single-glove option ships with one set or two, or whether the pair is two complete units. Ask before ordering if that matters.
- LED count wording: Nicebeam's spec says 176 LEDs total; a feature block on the same page says '176 LEDs per pair'. We show the spec figure as the per-glove count because the description places all 176 across one hand.
- Routine: Nicebeam's short description says 15–20 minutes, three to four times a week; its longer page says 20–30 minutes, one to three times a day. Start short.
- Dim LEDs are normal: half the LEDs are near-infrared and invisible to the eye; a phone camera shows them as a faint pink glow.
- Not published: irradiance, weight, brightness levels, cord length and the adapter's wattage.
- Regulatory: Nicebeam calls its devices 'FDA Registered', which is an establishment and device listing, not a 510(k) clearance, and publishes no registration or clearance numbers. We repeat Nicebeam's wording as its own claim.
- Delivery and returns: Nicebeam processes orders in 1–3 business days and quotes 5–14 business days for US delivery (most in 5–7), which is slower than most brands on Comparadar. Nicebeam's own policy accepts returns within 30 days of delivery only for unopened, unused items that arrived damaged, defective or wrong, and refuses used devices on hygiene grounds, while its FAQ and product badges advertise a 30-day money-back trial. See Returns by brand before relying on either.
- Not ideal for: anyone who wants a cordless glove, wrists and forearms (see the Armband), or anyone taking medication that increases light sensitivity (check with your doctor first).
Specifications are from the manufacturer; we compared published specs and have not lab-tested this unit.
