Nicebeam Ultra Pad 1,080-Chip 660nm & 850nm Full-Body LED Pad

Sale price  $599.00 Regular price  $713.00

Nicebeam's Ultra Pad is the largest flexible pad in its range: an 80 x 30 cm (31.5 x 11.8 in.) pad carrying 360 triple-chip LEDs, which Nicebeam counts as 1,080 chips, 360 at 660 nm red and 720 at 850 nm near-infrared. It has five brightness levels (L0–L4), a 5–30 minute timer in 5-minute steps with auto shut-off, and Nicebeam quotes an irradiance above 100 mW/cm² with the LEDs touching bare skin. At $599 it suits someone who wants to lie on, wrap or drape one pad across a whole back, both thighs or the torso rather than moving a smaller pad from spot to spot.

Good to know

  • Session guidance: Nicebeam suggests 15–30 minutes per session, up to three times a week, with the LED side against bare skin; light clothing reduces output. It recommends the lower levels for a first session and L4 for 'deep tissue' use. Start short.
  • Dim LEDs are normal: two of every three chips are 850 nm near-infrared, which is invisible to the eye, so most of the pad will look dark or faintly pink when it is on.
  • Irradiance figure: '>100 mW/cm²' is Nicebeam's number at zero distance. It publishes no figure at any gap, no measurement method and no total power draw, so take it as a brand claim rather than a comparison point.
  • Not published: weight, power draw, cord length, controller details, and whether the pad can run from a power bank.
  • Compared with the Nicebeam Pad: the $249 Pad is 55 x 35 cm with 210 LEDs and straps; the Ultra Pad is longer and narrower (80 x 30 cm) with 360 triple-chip LEDs and a stated irradiance figure, for $350 more. The Full Body Mat ($799) is the lie-on alternative.
  • Regulatory: Nicebeam's page for this item calls it an 'FDA-cleared medical device' but publishes no clearance number; elsewhere Nicebeam describes its devices as 'FDA Registered', which is an establishment and device listing, not a 510(k) clearance. We repeat Nicebeam's wording as its own claim and have not verified it.
  • Delivery and returns: Nicebeam processes orders in 1–3 business days and quotes 5–14 business days for US delivery (most in 5–7), which is slower than most brands on Comparadar. Nicebeam's own policy accepts returns within 30 days of delivery only for unopened, unused items that arrived damaged, defective or wrong, and refuses used devices on hygiene grounds, while its FAQ and product badges advertise a 30-day money-back trial. See Returns by brand before relying on either.
  • Not ideal for: anyone who wants a published power or weight figure, anyone who needs a pad that straps to a joint while moving (see the Knee Pad or Leg Wrap Pro), anyone taking medication that increases light sensitivity, or anyone who is pregnant or has a medical condition (check with your doctor first).

Specifications are from the manufacturer; we compared published specs and have not lab-tested this unit.
