Nicebeam Sauna Blanket Pro Far Infrared Sauna Blanket

The Sauna Blanket Pro is Nicebeam's zip-in far infrared blanket: a 600 W carbon-fiber-heated wrap with a 25–80°C (77–176°F) range, a 5–60 minute timer on a wired remote, and arm holes so you can hold a phone or book during a session. Nicebeam says it preheats in about 10 minutes and that the PU and PVC surfaces wipe clean. It comes in a Regular version at $629 and a 'with Red Light Therapy' version at $729 that Nicebeam does not describe. It suits someone who wants lie-down infrared warmth without the space or price of a cabin or tent sauna.

Good to know

• Two versions: Nicebeam's page describes only the Regular blanket. The 'with Red Light Therapy' variant costs $100 more but Nicebeam publishes no LED count, wavelength, placement or power figure for it. Ask Nicebeam what the red light version adds before paying the premium.
• Colors: Nicebeam's description lists seven colors, but the only choice on its page and here is Regular versus Red Light. Expect the color shown unless Nicebeam confirms otherwise.
• Heat and time: Nicebeam suggests starting at 20–30 minutes at a comfortable setting and working up to 60. Drink water before and after, and keep the first sessions short; 80°C is hot for a sealed blanket.
• Power: 600 W on a 120 V outlet is about 5 A (our arithmetic), well within a normal household circuit. Nicebeam does not publish the plug type or input voltage.
• Not published: weight, folded size, cord length, EMF readings, and the infrared wavelength band (Nicebeam's marketing cites 5–14 µm without a measurement).
• Compared with a tent sauna: the PlayMakar and Relax tent saunas on Comparadar seat you upright with your head out; this blanket covers a lying body from neck to foot and stores flat in a bag.
• Regulatory: Nicebeam calls its devices 'FDA Registered', which is an establishment and device listing, not a 510(k) clearance, and publishes no registration or clearance numbers. We repeat Nicebeam's wording as its own claim.
• Delivery and returns: Nicebeam processes orders in 1–3 business days and quotes 5–14 business days for US delivery (most in 5–7), which is slower than most brands on Comparadar. Nicebeam's own policy accepts returns within 30 days of delivery only for unopened, unused items that arrived damaged, defective or wrong, and refuses used devices on hygiene grounds, while its FAQ and product badges advertise a 30-day money-back trial. See Returns by brand before relying on either.
• Not ideal for: anyone who feels closed in by a zipped blanket, anyone who wants a published EMF reading, or anyone with a heart condition or who is pregnant (check with your doctor first).
