RevX Wellness X-FLOW Cold Plunge Filtration & UV Sanitation System
The X-FLOW is RevX Wellness's current filtration and sanitation cabinet, the one it now ships in its chiller bundles. It pairs a 200 W circulation pump with a heat sink, an 18 W UV-C lamp and a 10 in. 20-micron pleated cartridge in a pre-assembled unit with 1 in. barb fittings, and is meant to run around the clock. RevX sells the chiller separately; the X-FLOW only moves, filters and sanitizes the water. At $800 it suits someone building a plunge around a RevX chiller, or replacing an older ozone-based cabinet.

Good to know
- Flow figure: RevX's feature text says the pump turns water over at about 720+ GPH, and its spec list says about 2,720+ GPH. The difference is nearly fourfold; we show both and suggest asking RevX which applies.
- Stacking: The X-FLOW page says a plumbing kit that lets the cabinet sit on top of a RevX chiller was due in summer 2026; RevX now lists a $100 Stackable Plumbing Kit for the X-FLOW separately. It is not in the box here.
- Box contents: RevX does not publish an itemized box list for the X-FLOW beyond describing it as pre-assembled with 1 in. barb fittings. Tubing kits and valves are sold separately.
- Consumables: RevX's standard filter 5-packs ($40) and the XTREME/X-FLOW/LUX replacement UV bulb ($55) fit this cabinet. The LUX chiller system uses a different filter size.
- Compared with RevX's Ozone system: the $500 ozone cabinet uses a 1,700 GPH pump, 3/4 in. plumbing and an ozone generator that RevX says to run on a timer; the X-FLOW uses UV, 1 in. plumbing and a heat-sink pump, with no timer needed.
- Returns: RevX's policy allows 30 days for unused items in original packaging but excludes items bought on sale, and the X-FLOW shows a sale price on RevX's site. See Returns by brand.
- Not ideal for: anyone expecting the cabinet to cool water (it does not), tubs plumbed in 3/4 in. without adapters, or anyone who wants a published noise or wattage-at-the-wall figure.
