PurRed quotes an irradiance above 200 mW/cm² at six inches or more and describes the device as FDA-cleared. At $279.99 it is one of the lowest-priced panels we list. It suits someone who wants a small, higher-output panel for the face, hands or one joint.

Good to know
- Output figures: 80 LEDs at 5 W each would total 400 W, yet PurRed lists 138 W total output. We show both as published; 138 W is more plausible as the panel's power rating, but PurRed does not say which it is.
- Distance and time: PurRed suggests 6–12 in. from the panel (one section says 3–12 in. for the face) for 10–20 minutes several times a week.
- Not published: weight, warranty terms, stand or mounting hardware, controls beyond the on/off button, and full box contents other than the eyewear.
- Delivery: PurRed fulfills from its own warehouses in the US and Europe and quotes 6–10 business days for US orders, longer than most brands on Comparadar.
- Compared with Renew's Small Panel: Renew's panel has fewer LEDs (64) and a lower published irradiance (98 mW/cm² at 6 in.) but adds four more wavelengths, voice control, a stand and a 3-year warranty, at nearly three times the price.
- Not ideal for: full-body coverage, anyone who wants a documented warranty before buying, or anyone taking medication that increases light sensitivity (check with your doctor first).
