Good to know
- Routine: Lumara recommends starting with clean, dry skin free of makeup and sunscreen, fitting the eye inserts, then choosing a 5–20 minute session.
- Brightness: 660 nm light is not designed to heat the skin, but the LEDs are bright. Use the included eye inserts.
- Coverage: the mask covers the face only. For the neck, chest or body, consider a Lumara panel or pad bundle.
- Multi-packs: the 2- and 4-pack options suit households or clinics running several sessions at once.
- Not ideal for: anyone wanting near-infrared light, or anyone who takes medication that increases light sensitivity (check with your doctor first).
