Bought separately on RevX's site the three come to $220; the kit is $175. Good to know
- How long five filters last: RevX names this a one-year kit, but its own maintenance guidance says to change the cartridge at least every 4 weeks. At that cadence five filters cover about five months; the X-FLOW page's 2–4 week cadence shortens it further. Plan on a 5-pack ($40) or 10-pack ($75) later in the year.
- LUX owners: the X Tub's LUX chiller and filtration cabinet takes a different filter size, sold as the LUX Premium Replacement Water Filter. These filters do not fit it, and the X Tub system already includes a drain pump and hose filter.
- Hose filter: RevX describes it as GAC carbon with KDF media to cut chlorine, sediment and odor from fill water and to limit bacteria and mold growth inside the filter between uses. Flush it before the first fill, per RevX.
- Not published: filter dimensions, hose filter capacity or lifespan, and warranty terms for the kit.
